What can I expect during a visit?
Every visit from Scoop Pursuit is quick, professional, and designed to give you one less thing to worry about. We’ll collect and remove all visible dog waste from every agreed area of your yard: front, back, side, garden beds, and dog runs. If your furry friend is outside and friendly, we’ll always greet them with a gentle pat and top up their water bowl. When we’re done, your gate will be securely closed and you’ll receive a photo confirmation for peace of mind. All waste is double-bagged and placed in your bin or another discreet spot you prefer.
Is my dog safe during service?
Absolutely. Your dog’s safety (and our team’s) is our top priority. We love meeting pets of all shapes and sizes. We always sanitise our equipment and shoes between each visit to prevent any cross-contamination. If we ever feel unsafe around your dog, we’ll ask you to secure them before future visits. If that’s not possible, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Do you clean the entire yard?
Yes, we’ll remove dog waste from all areas where your pets roam, including the front, back, and side yards, garden beds, and dog runs. Just let us know if there’s a particular spot you want us to pay extra attention to.
Is your service available year-round?
Yes! We work in all seasons: rain, hail or shine; so your yard stays fresh and clean all year round. If severe weather ever makes a visit unsafe, we’ll contact you straight away to reschedule at no extra cost.
How much does Scoop Pursuit cost?
Plans start from $28 per week. Pricing depends on your yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Most of our customers pay between $90 and $152 per month. You can get an instant obligation-free quote on our website! If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
How do you dispose of pet waste?
All waste is double-bagged for hygiene and placed in your outdoor bin or a discreet spot of your choice. If you have a special preference, just let us know.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No lock-in contracts here! You’re free to start, pause, or cancel any time. We do ask that you agree to our basic terms of service at sign-up (which covers things like access to your yard and billing), but you’re always welcome to leave whenever you like. Just call, text or email us to cancel.
What day will my yard be cleaned?
We assign cleaning days by suburb to keep things efficient and eco-friendly, which helps us keep your costs down too. Reach out before signing up to find out which day your area is serviced. Once you’re on board, we’ll confirm your regular cleaning day and send reminders so you always know when to expect us.
Do you provide arrival windows?
To keep our routes efficient, we don’t offer set arrival times, but your service will always be on your assigned day. If you have any special access needs, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to be home?
No need at all. As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of everything. You’ll receive a photo confirmation when your gate is securely closed and your yard is done. Your pets will still get a friendly hello from us, even if you’re out.
What if I need to skip, reschedule, or pause my service?
Life happens! Just give us a call, text, or email at least 24 hours ahead if you need to skip or pause a service. Usually, rescheduled services will be moved to your next regular visit to keep things running smoothly.
How do I pay?
We use secure, automated billing via credit card or direct debit. You’ll receive a receipt after every payment, and you can update your payment details anytime through your customer portal.
Do you offer discounts for referrals or multiple pets?
Yes! Refer a neighbour and you’ll both receive a discount on your next service. Have more than one dog? Ask about our multi-pet rates for the best value.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. Scoop Pursuit is fully insured for public liability, for your peace of mind and ours.
What if my yard is extra messy for the first clean?
No worries at all! We’re happy to tackle first-time or catch-up cleans. If your yard hasn’t been serviced in a while, just let us know and we’ll give you an upfront quote for the initial visit.
