These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Scoop Pursuit (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the use of our website and dog waste removal services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Overview
Scoop Pursuit provides dog waste removal services to residential properties in South West Sydney. All services are provided subject to these Terms.
3. Client Responsibilities & Access
• Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to the agreed areas of the property on the scheduled service day.
• Aggressive or unsecured dogs must be restrained during service. If our staff feel unsafe, service may be refused and the full fee may be charged.
• Customers must ensure gates are accessible and notify us of any changes to access details.
4. Waste Disposal
• All dog waste is double-bagged and placed in your designated outdoor bin or another agreed location.
• We do not remove waste from the premises.
5. Payment & Billing
• Payment is required in advance via our online booking system (powered by ServiceM8) unless otherwise advised.
• Prices are as listed on our website.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellations, Skips, and Rescheduling
• You may skip, reschedule, or pause service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice (by phone, email, or text).
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full service rate.
• If Scoop Pursuit needs to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and no additional charges will apply.
7. Refund Policy
• If a service is not delivered as booked (excluding late cancellations, safety or access issues), you will be eligible for a credit or refund.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Liability & Insurance
• Scoop Pursuit holds public liability insurance.
• We take care to avoid damage to property. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage resulting from pre-existing property conditions, pets, or hazards outside our control.
• Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or providing a refund for the affected service, as required by law.
9. Changes to Service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, adjust schedules, service areas, or pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to customers.
10. Privacy & Data
• We collect only necessary personal information to deliver our services and do not share data with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
